Emlak sektöründe İngilizcenin önemi nedir?
İngilizce, uluslararası bir dil olduğu için emlak sektöründe de önemli bir yere sahiptir. Türkiye’de inşaat sektörünün gelişmesi ile yurtdışına açılan müteahhitler dışında, mütekabiliyet yasası ile Türkiye’den emlak almak isteyen birçok yabancı uyruklu vatandaş mevcut. Bu sebepten dolayı gerek şantiyelerde çalışan elemanların gerek ise ofis içerisinde konutların satışı yapan çalışanların İngilizce bilmesi isteniyor.
